Under the Patronage of the European Space Agency (ESA), of the Italian Space Agency (ASI)<\/strong>, and following the outstanding success of the previous edition, the second edition of the International Symposium on Advanced Electrical and Communication Technologies ISAECT2019<\/strong> was held in Rome, Italy, from 27th to 29th November 2019<\/strong>. ISAECT’2019 was technically co-sponsored by EuMA, IEEE Italy Section<\/strong>, and IEEE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISAECT2019 provides an international technical forum for engineers, scientists and researchers to present their recent works and developments on the fields of Information and Communication Technologies, Smart Systems<\/strong>, and Electrical Engineering<\/strong>, exchange and share their experiences, and explore collaborative projects in these fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
